Right of Return
Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return some or all of the products you have purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
How are returns made?
You may request a return by emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt. The requirements to return the product you purchased and get your money back are:
You must have kept the proof of payment.
The products should be in the original packaging and condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by phone or email of the progress of your refund. Any shipping costs you may have paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
For the return of a non-defective product, the return and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product we will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no extra cost to you. You should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will send you instructions on how to return it. If the product is no longer available, a replacement with an equivalent product can be made upon request.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com. You can cancel your order, if you wish, at no charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store and within 8 working hours.
Due to the nature of the products, soaps and cosmetics cannot be returned.
